Fosters off yogi i have an h.n.d you know !!!!!!
Right, then that is the cause....a combination of antibiotics and nasal obstruction.

Take Vitamin B complex for the tongue and it would be helpful for the tongue to recover if you took just one tablet of Diflocam.

ok will look out for it xx
Could be the antibiotics, if it kills off the bacteria normally found in the mouth.

You can clean your tongue with toothpaste, rub a layer over, leave it for a while, then remove it. Or you could ignore it and wait for things to just settle down.
