clk 430 conertible boot will not open

I have a clk 430 avantguard the battery went flat i cmanaged to charge it from the front under the bonnet since then the key fob will not open the boot also the swith inside will not work also the key will not open it i suspected the lock to be siezed i have used wd40 and played with it for a few hours. no joy is their another way to gain entry ? even by computer at a dealership.

You can do a lot of electrical damage by charging the battery without disconnecting it on a high tech modern car.
