Volunteering in orphanage in Moldova FOR FREE??

Does anyone know if there's an organisation or anything that lets people go over to Moldova (or anywhere in Europe) and volunteer helping children but with no (or low)fee ?? All I can find are voluntary projects that are really expensive to take part in..
