Cannt open outlook 2007

i am runnnind windows xp with microsoft windows prof 2007. the reason it says i cannot open it is the following, an extention failed to initialise, canot open extend.dat. file may not exist, it found it, it does, may not have permission, may b open by another proprgramme. right click properties to check your permission,i right click and nothing about permission there, any idea???

BTW, there appears to be a problem with your keyboard. Specifically, the Shift keys don't appear to be working...
