Has anyone had experience of an MSC cruise please...my parents are considering booking with this Italian cruise line and would like some recommendations about best itineraries and any tips as this is a special holiday for them?Thank you in advance.

Oh dear dear dear. They get pretty poor reviews as they are not very english-friendly, there is a lot of pushing and shoving and smoking. After you have read the reviews let us know what line they decided to go with instead! For a special occasion you cannot beat Celebrity IMHO.
