in a pint glass...how muchis 8 ounces?

ihave to take tablets, which have the instruction on the bottle to take with about 8 ounces of water...

can anyone tell me visually what 8 ounces is?

assume i have a pint glass... is it half? quarter? dont want to measure it out.
