This, and other comic songs, were staples of Williams' TV performances, but it's unlikely that he ever recorded them for commercial release.

You will probably have to download a Youtube clip, edit the spoken intro, and then concert into an MP3 file, and burn to CD. Software is available for both those functions - if you post in 'Technology', one of my learned friends will explain more.
I think he closed his 'An Audience with KW' with the song, which is readily and cheaply available on DVD - but not aware of it being on CD. I once played KW on stage (in Cleo, Camping, Emmanuel & Dick) so did a fair bit of research!

Thanks everyone for your help. It's "Audience With" that I remember it from - looks like I might have to try to get to grips with technology!
