Set myself limit of £25 per week spending money for this year. Not confident but will give it a go. So far, so good!

I think we all make similar decision at some time or another. I find myself going for weeks, sometimes months without spending, but then sometimes again, I spend like water running from a tap.

I prefer a once a year spending binge too. £23 left for this week (coffee at Railway Station).
make coffee at home and take it with you. £2 saved every morning = £ ?
Ok...so this is spending money on non essentials?
Very sensible. I do try - but saving & being frugal is so darm borrrrrrrrrrring.

...but I feel 'naked' going onto train without coffee. Same goes for mobile & ipod. I guess the point is, no coffee = £40.00 monthly saving.
