Mixed colour rose petals

My neighbour has a miniature white rose bush,which produces plenty of blooms with multi-petals,every year.We noticed today,that 2 of the roses have a single pink petal among all the white ones.Have never seen that before,is it a common occurence?

The rose is likely a hybrid and still exhibits characteristics of roses use din the hybridization.  Quite common in tea roses especially.  Look here:
