when will we be able to upload pictures as our own avatar??? i know its been talked about in the past but does anyone actually know whats happening with it.

I've stuck a little cut out image of my chosen avatar on my screen and move it manually on various threads...

Personally I think they offered it before they even knew how to do it,and are now backpedalling!
Oddly enough on the 1st day of the new AB I managed to download an Avatar,but like all things it disappeared very quickly.
