Hi all, I have recently (5 weeks) changed my lifestyle. I have gone from size 14 to 10 and clothes that didn't fit for years now do. I do 35 mins of aerobic activity 4 times per week and have substituted my midday meal for fresh fruit and nuts. However, I still weigh 9 stone. Is this normal?

could be ..I'm no expert but muscle is heavy, so prob building up the muscle and losing the fat !!! well done to you for your lifestyle change. Wish I had the willpower to do it... need to be in the right frame of mind which I'm not at the moment, hopefully after New Year I'll come to my senses. Well done again, keep it up !
Yes. A pound of muscle takes up far less space than a pound of fat, so you can easily lose fat, lose inches and weight the same.
Well done.
depends on how tall you are.
It makes no difference how tall you are.
Oh sorry, I read it wrong! Was reading it as they had lost some weight but got 'stuck' at nine stone and was this a normal weight.
Let me get this straight, you've gone down TWO dress sizes in FIVE weeks, that's amazing from what seems such a small effort!
