what happens to someone who gets made bankrupt twice in 15 months

As I understand it, the bankrupcy laws were recently changed to allow people to become bankrupt for a year only. This made the implication of bankrupcy a little less difficult for those that it effected. However the court can still apply a bankrupcy order for longer periods.

I'd therefore suggest that anybody made bankrupt for a second time would be subject to long bankrupcy periods. The court is likely to take a dim view.
