I know the Rick Stein clips are oldies, but I thought they might still be on the Saturday Kitchen website but they're not. Can anyone tell me where I might find the recipe for the salmon he cooked this morning please? I can't remember enough about it to search by words - he cooked it on a bed of tomatoes and stuffed it with something.... Thanks

Don't know if this is too late but I typed into Google Rick Stein salmon recipes... and the first one I looked at had tomatoes - so maybe it's the one you want..
