A friend has asked me if I have a recipe for crab mousse, unfortunately all my cookery books are too old to have anything like it. Please does anyone have such a recipe that I can pass on.

I make Smoked Salmon Mousse from:

100gms Smoked Salmon.
125gms Philadelphia.
Squeeze of Lemon.
Fresh Dill.
Salt and Black Pepper.

You could substitute the Salmon with Crab and tweak it around. It's not moussy as such, but taste lovely.
