Hello, Me and my friend have a holiday booked to Ibiza in June, however we are only 17 and i will not be turning 18 until August .. i was wondering as to whether there is a legal age limit to enter the well known clubs over there. And also how strict it actually is. Do we stand a chance of getting in? Many thanks, x

Even if you can get yourself into a club, you'll be drinking nothing but Coke! You need to be 18 years of age to drink/buy alcohol in Spain.
well, like this country, if you look older, and act sensible you'll probably get in okay.
bear in mind the good clubs like Pasha etc can be 30 euro's to get in, so it's not a cheap night out.

And, please be careful with the drinks. I know you want to have a great time, but don't get smashed, get your drink spiked and ruin it.
have fun. it's a great island with great clubs

Yeah, i'm aware of the price, but i do really want to go to Pacha and Space in particular. To be fair, i don't drink a great deal anyway, getting into a state isn't really my thing so i'm gonna stay aware of everything.
I manage to get in everywhere in this country, i've been to Gatecrasher and i go out every weekend where i live, and haven't really had much of a problem .. so i'm hoping we'll be fine :)
Thanks x
I'm sure you'll enjoy it.
the only difference really is the demand.
over here, you'll get a Q of maybe 20 -30 peolpe to get into a club on a sturday night.
The big clubs in Ibiza will have more than that, so the bouncers can be picky.
dress the part, act sensible, and you should be okay. It's crowds of blokes they really want to keep out anyway.
Know this is an old question but thought I'd post an update.

Generally girls are fine getting into clubs, ID isn't usually asked for, especially when the clubs are busy i.e. 1-2am. They have got a bit stricter in recent years but if you look about 18 I doubt you'll have any problems. I've got info on all the big clubs on my site http://www.loveibiza.net
