A film I saw on TV once

I saw a film on TV one afternoon a few months back, and can't remember the title. It was a about 2 university students. One of them couldn't pay his fees and was going to get kicked out, but he teamed up with his room mate, who was a bit of a computer and science boff (and played by Scott Evil from Austin Powers/the wolf bloke in Buffy). Anyway, they got together and pulled off some amazing scams and made loads of money. Any idea what it is because I think my boyfriend would really like it? Cheers

well, I'm presuming you mean Seth Green here is a list of all his films, not sure i know which film you're talking about, are you sure it was him?

There is a similar film called Van Wilder:Party Liason with Ryan Reynolds in it. He was in Blade Trinity and the Amittyville Horror remake. The plot sound similar, Seth Green isnt in it though.
