where can one buy a prepayment electricity card. It is for a gift and I really don't have any details,other than payment is by this method. Any advice appreciated.

I think the electricity company issues a card to their customer which can be used at a Paypoint in some shops. I'm not sure, but I think you'd need to have the card with you to make a purchase for whoever uses it.
