I would like to paste our company logo onto spreadsheets and documents. We have the logo on the Desktop and also in Documents. Can anyone tell me how to move it to a document I've created? JPEG or PDF? Thanks.

You could always put it in the header View on toolbar then HEADER AND FOOTER
I am a bit confused. jpeg is an image format and pdf is a document program. If you have the document open in Adobe Reader you can only add stuff to it if you actually have the writing program, not just the reader (free). If this is the problem you can always range and copy the document to an Excel or Word page and then copy and paste the image into that.
I see where you are coming from Wildwood surely the image must be stored somewhere on the computer for it to be on the desktop and in documents
