Olive dropping leaves

I have a small olive plant in a pot which is dropping its leaves. The compost is kept moist but not wet. Any ideas why this is happening.

Is it indoors in a heated room. It may be too hot and the plant is losing moisture faster than it's roots can take it up and so it drops some leaves to conserve moisture. Try putting it somewhere cooler and spray the leaves with water.
