I would say thy only have to pay you fr what you do. However it will depend on your employer - i am going back on a staggered return tomorrow (15 hours a week) and am getting paid for fullt ime hours. I was once on reduced hours for a year because of illness, and got paid full time all the time
I assume that you well beyond your company's sick pay responsibilities under your contract?
In which case you should be paid in direct proportion for the hours you do, versus the normal weekly hours. You should accrue holiday and other benefits (pension entitlement) at that same reduced proportion.
