I posted a link to the same story yesterday on the other thread about dangerous dogs in the news section.
The one in your link happened in my neck of the woods.
I do find it odd that the dog that killed the young man had been 'loaned' out to a friend and had come back with aggressive tendencies.
Under what circumstances would someone loan out a family pet?

Daffy im thinking either to be used to threaten someone or to a dealer, Maybe even fighting but i doubt that as they usually use pitts.

loaned as a guard dog perhaps. German Shepherds are often used in such a way.
