Help! I live in Bootle, Merseyside and with the big switchover I did a re-tune of the three tv's we have with built-in freeview. Any idea why I am getting ITV Wales, BBC Wales, S4C etc when Granada and Channel Four are my local stations??? Am so confused and don't know what to do to get my normal ITV/BBC channels.

they state on the web site that this may happen and it will sort it's self out with future re-tunes

Thank you! I never checked the Freeview website. I was wondering if I needed a new aerial or something. Hopefully it will right itself as I have bought my other two daughters TVs with built in freeview for Xmas and I dont think they will be impressed with S4C and Welsh channels!
Just keep doing a rescan every day or so and it will sort itself out in the end.

look on the bright side though, your transmission tower (winter hill) is due to be the first in the country to carry HD freeview channels.
Hi Louise im in Birkenhead and got exactly the same problem lol, maybe its a Merseyside thing!!
