Let me guess: Someone out there please put me out of my misery! Australia by the Manic's was used on a 'football' program but which one? And the answer is: It was used on the "Nationwide League Round-Up" shown late on a Monday night on ITV. You know, they covered divisions one, two and three. It was played at the start of each section for each particular league, with a graphic of all the club logos. Are you out of your misery yet?
