Is it ok to feed my pet budgies, cockatiel and senegal parrot dry porridge flakes?

would have thot - no
as it would swell up in their stomach-
same as you shouldnt leave dry rice out for the wild birds

I would not recomend porridge flakes.you can feed a few whole oats or groats,but not too many as they are fattening.
