Good morning all

Hope everyone is ok this week.

Accoding to my COED it's SHADOOF:-

A counterpoised pole with a bucket used in Egypt for raising water.

Origin C19: from Egyptian saduf (there are various accents over the s, a and u) which I can not put on here.
