I'm trying to find the name of a book its about a writer that has writers block and goes to the moors (or somewhere like that) to get inspiration. But he ends up becoming involved in a mystery or murder? If anyone can help with the title that would be magic!!

if ti's about sherlock holmes, there is a book called hound of the baskerville, or something. it's a murder mystery and it has dogs and moors in it. that's all i remember lol
