Help Please

I've had an email read out on the Paul Ogrady Radio 2 show & i can listen to it on 'Listen Again' through the BBC Iplayer. How can i save it/download it? Please make it simple!

Thats probably about the easiest way to do it, you are not meant to record stuff on iplayer so they don't make it easy.
