How much then - or do we guess the price
Ridiculous asking people ... It's a buyer's market for a Land Rover like this of this age ...

Like ... £250 - 1000. If that is genuine ... and I can't see a way of proving it with Land-Rover clocks as they are .. probably near the upper
Land Rover is the make, not the model, which model are you looking at and how much are you thinking of paying
I think you'll find that in 1982 Defenders were yet to acquire the name and were still simply badged as Landrovers.

Ive not checked but that date sounds like it was the crossover between the old series machines and the defenders. probably the thirsty and underpowered V8.

Perhaps OK for some off-roading but you'd probably be a lot better looking for a 200TDi or 300TDi if you can stretch to it
Were they not still differentiated by wheelbase length ie known as 90s, 110s, 127 etc?
We still don't know what model henrybo is looking at!
and going from his other question this isn't even a UK based question.
