I 'ahem' missed the PC sat (on wheels) a couple of months ago and fell and twisted my knee.
Now I can walk and do most everything but when I kneel (dont ask) I really find it difficult to get back up because of the pain at the back of my knee.
Its making life a bit awkward -what d'ya reckon?

Dris....could be many things, but a torn meniscus comes to mind.......particularly if your knee "locks"

However.....you are pain free 95% of the time, assuming you only spend 5% of the time on your knees ;-)

My opinion?.........do nothing and see how you go.
