Differences of what?
my neighbours all have dogs and i have a cat, also i'm better than eveyone else......
Only got 4 houses where I live! No apparent inequalities. We are all just average people - one house is a lot bigger than the others, but no difference in lifestyle or the way we live.

My neighbours lounge around all day watching their Sky HD and driving a fancy Ford Galaxy living off benefits, while I have to go out to work and can't afford these things. That doesn't seem too equal to me.
None.
My neighbour on one side has no electricity supply, because his house was built illegally. My neighbour on the other side has a garden full of beautiful shrubs and statuary, and a large swimming pool.
My neigh (aint that a suitable word for them) -bor pestered Council for dbl yellow lines to control parking.....and they're all outside my house - sweet ;)
As letters to our local newspaper have pointed out, the road surface is becoming very worn, and potholes are appearing. The council have promised to resurface it in this financial year. We live in hope.

my neighbours are horrible and I'm very nice.
my neighbours are all very posh, I'm not!
My neighbor - again - wants street lights......I s'pose they'll be outside my house as well ;)
My neighbours keep their gardens neat and tidy. I don't bother. I like to think of mine as a wilderness garden. Others might say it's neglected.
"my neighbours are horrible and I'm very nice. "
That's a coincidence, sara3 - my neighbours are nice and I'm very horrible.
You must live next door to each other , then!
The sheep at the back of our house keep lovely and clean and don't limp; the ones in the field at the front all get very dirty and most of them limp very badly!
