I am probably going to sound very naive here but I really don't have a clue about this. Im looking into buying a new phone and have never really thought about the interent on my mobile. I have wireless broadband in my flat and at work and was wondering would I still get charged to connect to the internet by my phone if I use these connections. I would be buying a pay as you go phone on O2 but would not want to incur any additional charges. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.

If you connect via wifi to your home broadband then there will be no cost on your mobile. Not all phones have wifi capabilities though so make sure the one you get has.
