How long have those guys in the yellow, beeping crane been cleaning the windows of City Hall next to Tower Bridge? Are they on a permanant contract, will they just start again once they have finished as surely the windows will be dirty again?

Can't answer the question, but as money is no object with our Mayor being able to increase his share of the Boroughs Council Tax like he does, I expecty it hardly matters.

Sorry  -  that should have read:   Boroughs' Surcharge of Council Tax....  

(i.e.the surcharge the Mayor can call for and which the London Boroughs have to pay to the GLA.)
