Do you no longer contact Anwerbank users when there is an answer to their question?

I use to get emails from you telling me there is a response to my query. However, I have not received this lately. Today I had 4 responses to a question, yet was notified about any of them by email.

Have you changed your procedure and no longer send out emails?

I have not had e-mails to questions answered Want-to-know since the 'new' site so presume that is the policy. I have also noticed that there are a lot less 'thank yous' for single answers to questions, probably because of this.
