How to become pregnated?

Im eighteen years of age, reguarly having unprotected sex with my fiance and im no form of contreception whatsoever! i would like to know the reasons as to why i can't get pregnant and anything which may help boost fertility levels?

Why are you even trying to get pregnant anyway? How about enjoying a bit of life first before tieing yourself down with a child? As for getting engaged at 18....again why? Before you know it, you'll be 40, with 5 kids wondering where the hell your youth went to!

Get out, party, have wild (protected!) sex, foreign holidays...indeed anything rather than trying to become middleaged before your time. If you don't, you will regret it, I promise you.

I agree with boo, live life a bit first, what is the rush? you are only 18,you have just become an adult, why not have some fun for a few years before you become housebound??
