Is there a relationship between a body's rest mass, inertial mass and temperature ? Can the temperature of a body be deduced if you already know the values of the other two quantities ?

if you are talking about standard approach, no. If you want to take into consideration that from the relativistic point of view mass and energy are just different forms of the same thing then yes. because then the energy contained in the system as heat equals a - veeery tiny - amount of mass, as compared to the apparent mass.
