My daughter watched a tv programe the other day where a recovering alcoholic got locked in a brewery and got drunk on the fumes. She then asked some very interesting questions which I was unable to answer so can anyone else help? Is this actually possible, if so presumably as the fumes have entered your body by inhalation, would you then be tested positive if you had a breathalyzer test, if so I assume it would show as positive in a blood test, but what about a urine sample as you wouldn't have actually drunk the alcohol?
Look forward to the replies!

Certainly can my love.

Levels would first of all rise in the blood and then the urine levels would rise to a degree depending upon how much vapour one inhaled.
I watched a programm a few years back where a priest failed a drug test from eating poppy seeds.
