Free firewall

Where can I download a good firewall for free? I have AVG antivirus and it always seem to pick up loads everytime I run it, so I think I need a firewall really.

Sygate is a good free firewall

Sygate (already mentioned ) is supposed to be good.  I think you can download it free at www.download.com Also it might be a good idea to get adaware and spybot also free at download.com.  These find all the spyware adware etc that gets on your pc.
