Lighter Life - seeking feedback

I am considerably overweight and having tried every diet under the sun and tragically failed, I had almost given up, thinking I was to remain a size 16 forever.
Then I read an article on this new plan called Lighter Life and it sounded ideal for me, chuck everything out and only eat/drink the items they provide you with. By coincidence I have bumped into 2 ex-colleagues over the last week who have both lost a lot of weight following Lighter Life. One losing 4 stone in 4 months (Jan-Apr) and have kept the weight off.
Has anyone tried this programme or know someone that has, whether it be a success or not, I'd like to hear any feedback you ABers may have :-)

Just because the average female UK size is a 16 that doesn't mean it is healthy.
Size 16 on a woman of 5'10" is absolutely fine. Size 16 on a woman of 5'2" is not. Dress size is not an indication of a weight problem (until you get to size 20 plus I suppose).
