friends boyfriend really unwell??

im trying not to think the worst......he had been bleeding from back passage when going to loo for a good while now....chose to ignore it...made a hospital app and skipped it.

now....hes been in bed with terrible headaches....left eye has begun to close over...and when finally wnt to doc...the nurse touched his head above his eye ad he was squealing in pain?? lots of pressure i think...sent him home with dissolving tablets for migraines...and told to go to a&e if no joy which he ended up doing as head didnt clear....im thinking the worst here....any of you guys wot u think? hes about 25....xxx

Bleeding from back passage almost certainly piles.

Headaches......probably migraine.

I hope you're friends boyfriend gets better soon..............sound like piles to me too as mates dad got bad and does bleed too.

Bleeding can also be Ulcerative Colitis or Crohns Disease.

Anal bleeding could also be caused by diverticulitis or any other number of causes. As for the headaches, sounds like he is having a severe migraine. I had a friend who had such bad migraines that the whole of his right arm would be paralysed for up to 2 days.
