Hi, i know the case is currently on hold but i want to know where i stand on reclaiming charges from someone i no longer bank with. it\'s natwest, the account has been closed for about three or four years now and i don\'t have any statements. but in the time i banked with them i racked up quite a few fees.

are they obliged to send me statements under DPA for me to add up what i\'m owed by them?. i\'d assume they\'ll be charging a fee which is fine.

thanks

thanks.

will they still have my banking information on record? is there a certain amount of time they must keep my bank statements after the account has been closed?
Banks only have to keep files for around 6 years; however, thats not to say they dont have any prior to that. It just depends on what they have retained.
