I've just been to a prostitute,and was not happy with her services,I asked her for my money back,and she refused,can I take her to the small claims court?
I paid by cash,but got no receipt!

Grass,I rose to the occasion,but after 55 mins she had to go,and I still had my rise!

This is a serious answer.
The first person to check with is the local Trading Standards Officer.
Yes,her/his job DOES cover such areas of work.
I know this as my Grandson bouth a (sealed) Gay Magazine froma sex shop in Soho.On getting it hoem the whole of the inside was print (no pictures) and completely unlike what the cover promised.
He went to his Trading Standards Officer and he got him his money back.
So check there first,IF they can't do anything then you could try the small claims court,I am sure they have had stranger cases before!
