Advice on my roof!

Does anybody know how much a new roof costs? For a small semi detached house and reusing the original tiles? And, how much a simple loft conversion with a ladder and a loft window? Just trying to get an idea to see if it is financially viable! In anticpation...thanks!!

You really need to call in a roofer and get a quote as it depends on many things but as an idea of cost my Mother had hers done and it cost �3000
