I wrote a few weeks ago on behalf of a colleague who was c/o vaginal dryness - a pre-menopausal lady who didn't want to take hormones or use chemicals and was wondering about the efficacy of vitamin e capsules used internally (as opposed to orally).

Just an update - she has discovered some insertable 'bullet-like' ovules called Repadina - from Boots and all good chemists. No odour, non-oily and she says they do the trick. Fairly expensive at £12.99 for about 10 - but she uses one every other day and says they're brilliant. They are drug-free and non-hormonal and repair 'from the inside". I'm even tempted to give them a go myself if I can shoplift any..... ;-)

far more fun getting natural stimulation - for free :c)

She did'nt try the 3 in 1 oil tip that I left then ??

I did give her all your suggestions - she was mortified I brought up her problem on a public forum. I told her I'd made out it was me wanting advice.
Personally - I do it Tambo's way.... either that or WD40.
salla, don't use wd 40 as it repells moisture ! .
Question Author
Darn - I always get it wrong !!
WD 40 is OK but the icy blast from the spray is enough to freeze the nuts off you -- but that would'nt bother
her I suppose

Mmmm.... an icy blast. Sounds good to me :-)
Do you need to use these often or just before intercourse?
What's wrong with Vaseline or KY jelly? She must have money to burn
Question Author
She does paross - she does! She only comes to work "for something to do" - otherwise she'd just shop and lunch..... Some people eh?

apparently you use them daily or every other day cocc - not just before intercourse because I supose they take so long to 'dissolve' (might be a bit of a shock for the fella if one has only just been inserted....!)
We used KY jelly for a few years but, post menopause, it wasn't enough. There is a brilliant lubricant called Sylk which is available on prescription or retails at about £9, we use this now and it's really good.
Tambo, natural stimulation is great but there comes a time when the spirit is willing but the body no longer does it's bit!
The Repadina sounds great, might try it!
if the lady needs creams & potions the bloke aint performing......get one with experience ;)
Tambo you're obviously a very young arogant boy; if you're lucky you might get to be old enough to experience this sort of problem.
Don't think i would fancy putting my c0ck in something full of KY jelly, it would be like sh@ging a trifle !.
PMSL Ton; but hey, when needs must!
Your right madmaggot, any port in a storm. lol
BTW, the KY jelly goes ON the male appendage, not IN the female! The application of same can be fun.
