I'm 20 and I think I have arthritis in my wrists. I've had pain there for a good 7 or 8 years, but never went to see about it. Now, suffering with social anxiety, I will take ANY excuse NOT to go to the doctor. I am in a lot of pain sometimes, but my anxiety makes is extremely difficult to go out. Is it important that I have my wrists seen to? like REALLY important? Or can I just cope with it (hoping it won't get worse)
Thanks for any help.

As someone who has had pain for 20 years I would say do go see your doctor - you can then have blood tests to determine what's wrong. Part of your anxiety could me your energy levels - when you are in a lot of pain your energy goes down. You are very young go see your doctor and start getting on with the rest of your life.
