Why isn't the Latest Posts box still working?

It is now showing that there is an answer 2 mins ago and then 28 mins ago when I know I have posted an answer recently in Q & P. The question had already been answered but it did not show in LP so I have wasted my time. Please can this be sorted out. I have tried manual refresh by the way and it does not work. It just changes the name of the poster.

Can we make the "replies to answer "larger font please?
