I'm not aware of any, but I do know that breeding a true black rose has been a goal for many years.  While some attempts have come close, the plant is usually terribly susceptible to disease or other inherent weaknesses and is not truly black...
define truly black? There is a viola called Bowles Black that looks black to me, a tulip called Queen of the Night that looks deep purple to me but my mum says is black, also Thompson and Morgan are currently selling a black rose. The plants look very sturdy but they only arrived about 3 weeks ago so haven't flowered yet.
I too have searched for these, I was diappointed by the tulips Woofgang mentioned, to me they are deep purple too, the Bowles Black Viola was good but too small to give the dramatic effect I wanted. One plant I haven't been disappointed with is this http://plants.thompson-morgan.com/uk/en/product/4415/1?R A=tiscali maybe I am biased as l love ornamental grasses.
I have seen it in real life and it does look that black...however, I am not a grass fan!
i have some tulips which look black on the outside and black/purple on the inside....sorry but i got them from the garden centre and i don't know what they were!

I had 'black magic' roses for my wedding bouquet which I can assure you were not black but i understand they were the darkest coloured roses you can get commercially.

There are various "black" varieties of viola (small pansies) ... I bought some today but can't remember their name. In truth these are deepest purple but from even a short distance appear to be black and I'm hoping they'll look stunning planted amongst white flowers.
