Netibiza, I have the bottle ready and am very scared! Should I stand in the bath? Is it a messy process? It won't just all pore out will it, I mean I will be able to control it won't I?
Hi orange-gnome. Hope things are improving. Like the last answer lactulose from the chemist is worth a try but don't take too much.
I'm just hoping that after all of this you don't have to move your computer to the loo all day tomorrow o-g!!
A cup of strong coffee usually does it for me!

So are you sorted now orange-gnome? Try to keep regular from now on, but you can always rely on the old washing-up bottle if needs must. xxx

All Bran :D

I'm so glad Neti's suggestion worked for you O-G! Just remember from now on:

"A glass of prune juice a day, will help keep constipation at bay"!

Go to the chemist and get some chocolate laxitive and this will work very quickly and will get your digestive system running again as it can shut down and stop working.

Dr. Netibiza's surgery is now open - Next???
Vegetarian cod liver oil - now that's a good one!
A huge glass of really really chocolate milk shake, like at least a litre, this helps.
