Does anyone know where I can get a USB 2.0 Driver download (that'll work!!) as I've tried a few times and still I can't speed up the USB Connection for file transfers which I do alot.

I have XP and service pack 2 but still no 2.0!?? Help!

Thanks.

You need a USB 2.0 port to support the speeds of USB 2.0. Otherwise it just falls back to the USB 1.0 (or is it 1.1?) speeds. You should read up on the spec of your PC to make sure it came with USB 2.0 ports. You can buy PCI cards that have 2.0 ports on them.

USB2 drivers are part of XP. so unless your system is seriously messed up, its unlikely to be a software problem. OBonio's suggestion seems most likely to me too.
Yup as the others have said.

If you are running SP2, that has USB 2.0 drivers built in.

It sounds like you don't have any usb 2.0 ports on you computer.
