well i didnt see it but my son who lives about 5 miles away was looking at it as we were on the phone...and he wasnt drunk either lol...he said it definatley wasnt a helicopter or a plane he said it was just stationary and pulsating a red light....so i guess it could be seen from anywhere...maybe a chinese lantern lol
