Apologies if this has already been answered - I have run a search and it appears not, but...

Can anyone please help - Saturday Prize Crossword in the Telegraph.

4D - amusing way to maximise the pounds (5, 4, 3, 3)

I have L?U?H / ??D / ??O? / F?T

Is it laugh and grow fat? It's not a waying or a quote I can find so any explanation would be appreciated.

Thanks

Just noticed I got the number of letters wrong - it's 5, 3, 4, 3 - the letters I included above are correct, just not the numbers.
I've seen this answered as 'Laugh and grow fat'
